FORMS AND CONSENT FOR THE CHURCH

Each student must have a St. Mark Safe Sanctuaries medical form (with proof of insurance) on file with the church. This form is electronic, and may be accessed by clicking here. This must be completed by June 10.

CONSENT FOR THE CAMP

The camp will be provided with your email and your phone number (for emergencies at camp.) An online waiver will be sent to your email by the camp. Please be on the lookout for it, and when it arrives, please fill it out promptly.

DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL

Arrive at the bypass campus of the church at 7:00 Monday morning, July 13.  Eat first, as we will not stop for breakfast!  We will return around 5:00 Friday afternoon.

TRAVEL STOPS

We will stop at Chick-fil-A in Pooler, Georgia, Monday for lunch.  We will stop at Buc-ee's Daytona or St. Augustine on the way back for breakfast and (possibly) Chick-fil-A in Pooler, Georgia, for lunch.  We will also have additional bathroom stops when necessary.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

We will take a charter bus and a passenger van.  Please be respectful of the drivers and the transportation.  All trash must be placed in bags.  Drinks with screw tops are the only drinks permitted.

MONEY

You will need spending money for the following: food there and back (see above); Camp Store:  music, shirts, etc.; Optional snacks throughout the week.  There is a Starbucks at the hotel, along with several other restaurant/snack options.  You may bring your own snacks.  This is completely up to parental discretion.  Students are responsible for their own money.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring ONE suitcase and one carry-on.  Make sure you bring a beach towel and sunscreen.  All electronics are YOUR responsibility.  You may bring snacks, provided they fit in your luggage.  We will provide water. (If you would like to send money to help offset the cost of bottled water, it would be appreciated. We will purchase the water there.  We do not have room to transport cases of water.) There is a fridge in every room, but there is no microwave. Don't forget your Bible and a few pens!

DRESS CODE (from Passion Camp)

"While we do not set a Passion Camp dress code, we do trust every group leader to set and communicate dress code guidelines for their group which reflect Jesus and sets the tone for other groups, as well as the Daytona Beach community while at Passion Camp." With that said, please plan to dress modestly and appropriately for a church camp.  Please refer questions to julie@stmarkgreenwood.com.

TEAM COLOR

Our team color for Color Wars will be announced in June.  Once the color is announced, it will be emailed to you and posted on our social media.  Please plan to send several items in our color for your student (or to share) for our Squad Wars time.
